Assembly and dismantling
at height

The SDH60 has been developed to provide a solution for tower crane disassembly at great heights and to perform maintenance tasks.

With a lifting mechanism of 37 kW (50HP) and working configurations in I FALLS, II FALLS it is capable of lifting a maximum load of 8 tons and 2,300 Kg at peak.

This model has a maximum boom of 20mts whose elements are divided into modular sections of 2m in length where a mobile pole is also included to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the same.

For the manufacture of this Derrick, special steels have been used so that the weight of its separate components does not exceed 2000kgs being an important fact, not having the need to disassemble its crown for its dismantling on the roofs of the buildings, thus favoring the disassembly times.

  • Pole included for self-assembly and disassembly of jib elements.

  • Optional-extra of a hoist arm that allows complete disassembly of the Derrick.

  • Adjustable screws on legs and base for easy disassembly.

  • Possibility of assembly with special arms (without legs) (optional-extra)

Primary Features

  • I-II FALLS, 4 – 8 Ton maximum load, with optimised load-chart.

  • 20 metre jib in 2 m lengths. Great versatility of jib lengths and easy dismantling, on forklift truck.

  • Fully removable cylinder.

  • High lifting performance. High-speed equipment (215m / min in I-FALL).

  • High wire rope capacity hoist drum. Up to 345 meters high with 2 falls.

  • High precision slewing with variable-torque electronic brake (adapts slew braking to jib radius).

  • Electronic cabinet with HMI screen for user-friendly configuration and monitoring. (An electronic cabinet fully compatible with UL/CSA requisites is also available).

  • Possibility of use with cabled or remote control, with integrated display.
