FLAT-TOP TLS 1100 25T
We are pleased to announce that the TLS 1100 model will be unveiled for the first time in April this year, during the 34th edition of Bauma. This launch will mark a milestone in the history of Saez Cranes, as it will be our largest flat-top to date and marks the commencement of our new line of ‘large capacity’ tower cranes.
The TLS 1100 will be available in three versions: 20T, 25T and 50T. These versions will feature 55 kW, 80 kW and 110 kW hoists that have been extensively tested on construction sites around the world, ensuring reliability, efficiency and durability.
Design and comfort
This crane has been designed to be easily transportable and assembled quickly and easily. As factory-issued, the crane is prepared for operation in cold climates, with the spectacular ‘Premium cabin’ that includes an additional heating system.
The control room is equipped with a climate-control system. In addition, the operator’s display is essentially a control-computer with a 15″ touch screen, connected to the Sáez Direct Service (SDS) online system.
This will allow the crane operator to monitor critical indicators, such as oil temperature in the gearboxes or panel-room temperature, and receive notifications if temperatures deviate from ideal ranges.
Tower section versatility
Customers will have a choice of 2.30m wide Monoblock sections or 2.90m or 3.30m panelled sections, providing great versatility. With the maximum jib, the TLS 1100 will achieve free-standing heights of up to 92.60m.
Outstanding performance of the 25T version
Specifically, the TLS 1100 25T has an impressive hoist capacity: it can lift up to 11,330 kg at a radius of 86m, and 25 tonnes at a maximum radius of 42.9m from the centre of the tower, with the jib at its maximum reach.
