Anti-collision

All our cranes come pre-installed with anti-collision systems to make installation as easy as possible.

Anti-collision systems for tower cranes can use our safety technology to prevent accidents on construction sites.

It is possible for anti-collision systems to use our sensors and monitor their status in real time, detecting risks and taking action, such as alerting the operator, automatically locking or braking crane rotation, jib-extension, or trolley.

Eco Mode

Eco mode is a function on tower cranes equipped with inverters, which reduces the maximum power required from the grid by optimising the power delivered to the motors while reducing slightly the manoeuvring speeds.

It also promotes sustainability by reducing energy use, especially if it comes from non-renewable sources.

Slew ControlPro™

The Slew ControlPro™ technology is an advanced slew-control system for tower cranes, which uses a torque-managing inverter to provide highly customisable operation.

It allows parameters such as the start-up impulse, acceleration, deceleration, counter manoeuvres and speeds to be adjusted to suit either operator preference, load type or environmental conditions such as wind-gusts.

This ensures smoother, faster movements, more accurate load positioning and the ability to save up to three customised settings for easy crane set-up.

On Line Connection 4.0

The cranes are equipped with this secure communication system as standard on TLS 65 models and upwards, and as an option on the smaller TL 50 or TL 55.

The system creates a virtual VPN bridge to establish a secure, remote connection to the cranes, facilitating efficient diagnostics and OTA updates.

This reduces costs, improves safety and enables more agile machine management, especially in industrial environments where cranes may be in remote locations, difficult to access or at heights above 100m. The implementation is aligned with industry standard practices.

Energy optimisation

Cranes manufactured from 2025 onwards are energy optimised to comply with the new 5.0 standard, which converts brake energy-loss by reusing part of the mechanical energy as electrical power, reducing the crane's consumption in each manoeuvre.

Industry 5.0 is the next stage of the Industrial Revolution, which succeeds ‘Industry 4.0’, more focused on digitalisation and automation, with technologies such as IoT, AI and data analytics. Industry 5.0 shifts the focus towards collaboration between humans and machines, putting the worker at the centre and promoting sustainability and resilience to unexpected external challenges such as environmental or economic disruptions.

Industry 5.0 is defined as a humanised vision of technological transformations in industry, balancing the current and future needs of workers and society, with the sustainable optimisation of energy consumption, material processing and product life-cycles.

Sáez Cranes has developed the Premium cabin, a cabin concept that integrates in the same elongated cab both the crane operator's cockpit, and the completely enclosed, air-conditioned control room in the rear, to facilitate maintenance regardless of weather conditions.
